Any festival is left incomplete without sumptuous food, aromatic delicacies and mouthwatering dishes. Here we are talking about the biggest festival of the Christians and if we don’t talk about feast here it would be a great injustice.

Dry Aged Standing Rib Roast with Sage Jus: To make a picture perfect Christmas feast you need to have this delicacy on your platter. Made using standing rib toast, canola oil, kosher salt and pepper this hot and steamy dish will be the thing you and your guests will surely savor.

Bacon Potatoes Au Gratin: For preparing this dish all you need is bacon, cloves, garlic, sliced and peeled potatoes and thyme leaves. These perfectly meld cream and potatoes will be relished by one and all equally.

Caramelized onion tarts with Apples:This sweet and savory combination of onions and apples topped with puff pastry and crme fraiche   will melt in your mouth as soon as you have just a single bite of it. A must have on the Christmas menu.

Creamed Spinach:Prepared with basic ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, unsalted butter, minced onions, minced garlic and cloves, baby spinach, heavy cream, grated nutmeg, sea salt and ground black pepper this dish can be prepared easily at home by the ones who don’t even have any basic cooking experience.

Roasted squash with Brown Sugar and cinnamon: This warm spiced side dish when enriched with milk and cream works as ravioli filling or soup. The crackly sweet surface created on the butternut squash is just mouthwatering.
